Medical Weight Loss
Comprehensive medical weight loss program tailored to your specific needs using compounded medications delivered right to your door. Care will be multifaceted and will include nutrition and exercise support. Treatment options include subscription based or pay per service and will require (at minimum) monthly check-ins. Most medications are prescribed and delivered right to your door for self administration. See link below for medication information. Must by 18 years or older.
Urgent Care (Sick Visits)
Available through our virtual care (telehealth) model or in-person at our Hermon location. With the virtual care model we obtain a thorough history and limited physical exam to determine a diagnosis and offer treatment options. Don’t delay care because you are unable to see your PCP timely, and don’t waste time in an urgent care clinic where you’ll be exposed to more ailments. Let us help. Clinic will determine appropriateness of care and may refer care elsewhere; if you are having an emergency like chest pain or difficulty breathing please call 911. Check the link below for conditions we treat. Patient must be located in the state of Maine for virtual visits. Home visits for urgent care may be available upon request. All visits are by appointment only.
Hormone Replacement Therapy

Primary Care Bridge Services
Wait lists for primary care providers are very long right now, but this shouldn't limit your ability to receive care. We can help with management of chronic conditions, lab monitoring and prescription refills. We can also order important preventative screening tests. Some also use this services for other non-related items that perhaps they're not comfortable discussing with PCP, or when a second opinion is needed. Treatment can be subscription based or pay per service.
RITA (Recovery In The Act)
Treatment available for opioid use disorder using buprenorphine-based products. Care will be delivered via telehealth and in-person visits depending on current regulations.
