We understand that hormone imbalances can significantly impact your quality of life. Whether you're navigating perimenopause, menopause, or experiencing symptoms of low testosterone, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) can help restore balance and improve how you feel every day.
What is Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)?
BHRT uses hormones that are molecularly identical to those naturally produced by your body. When used under proper guidance, they can actively restore optimal hormone levels, helping you feel energized, focused, and balanced. A popular study from 2002, by the Women's Health Initiative, created much stir in the HRT world as it did link many negative connections between synthetic (not bio-identical) hormone replacement therapy and adverse health outcomes. Since then, HRT has been misunderstood and not offered by many practitioners. More recent studies have proven that BHRT is safe, effective, and associated with lowered risks of many cancers, heart disease, osteoporosis, and more, plus it drastically improves the quality of life for many people.
Women in Perimenopause or Menopause
Hormone changes during these stages can cause frustrating symptoms like:
- Hot flashes and night sweats
- Mood swings and irritability
- Brain fog and memory issues
- Fatigue and low energy
- Weight gain and slowed metabolism
- Vaginal dryness and reduced libido
BHRT can help ease these symptoms by restoring hormonal balance, improving your overall well-being.
Men Experiencing Low Testosterone (Low T)
Testosterone levels naturally decline with age, often causing:
- Decreased energy and stamina
- Loss of muscle mass
- Increased body fat
- Mood changes or irritability
- Brain fog and poor concentration
- Low libido and erectile dysfunction
Testosterone replacement therapy can help men regain their vitality, strength, and mental clarity.
As we age, it’s common to feel like our energy, recovery, and overall vitality just aren’t what they used to be. At Hermon Health & Wellness, we take a proactive, personalized approach to help you age well and feel your best. Using advanced therapies like Sermorelin and NAD+, we support your body’s natural processes—enhancing cellular repair, metabolism, and energy from the inside out.
Sermorelin Therapy
Sermorelin is a peptide that stimulates your body’s natural production of growth hormone, supporting cellular repair, muscle preservation, metabolism, and deep, restorative sleep. It’s a safe, effective option for those seeking to enhance physical performance, recovery, and overall vitality—without relying on synthetic growth hormone..
NAD+
Nicotinamide Adenine Dinucleotide (NAD) is a powerful coenzyme essential for energy production, DNA repair, and cellular health. Levels decline with age, which can impact everything from cognition to metabolism. NAD+ therapy can help restore mental clarity, increase energy, and support healthy aging at the cellular level.
