The first month is $249, which includes the initial enrollment, comprehensive visit, and first month of medication. After that, it's $79 per month plus the cost of medications. The $79 fee covers monthly appointments and as-needed support between visits. Clients have access to the office in between appointments via phone or portal. Prescriptions can be sent to a local pharmacy for insurance use or ordered from compounding pharmacies at discounted rates (see below). Prices are subject to change. 

Fee covers a monthly medical appointment and access to the provider between visits. Cost of medication is charged separately and may range from $20 to $200  per month. Insurance benefits may be used for medication coverage and one prior authorization can be completed. Oral medications may include: phentermine, bupropion, naltrexone, topiramate, metformin, etc. 

A quick 15 minute appointment for a scan that provides vital information about health and wellness by analyzing body fat, muscle mass, water weight and visceral fat. Extremely useful for the elderly to identify frailty, for athletes looking to increase strength and muscle mass, and for those on weight loss journeys. Pregnant patients or patients with metal implant devices are not eligible. 

$249 includes your first two appointments. The first  appointment is a comprehensive discussion regarding your history and symptoms, an order for labs which may be done at your lab of choice, and the the second visit is for review of labs and the development of a treatment plan. Follow-up appointments are $99 for non-members and may be every 1, 3 or 6 months. If labs or prescription costs are a concern, we have options to assist. 

Cost includes appointment only. Prescription sent (if any) will be the patient responsibility (insurance or cash), and can be sent to your pharmacy of choice. In clinic (or in-home) visits include indicated testing such as strep swab, flu/covid testing, urinalysis, etc. 

Same as above and available for all ages, must be located within 15 mile radius to Hermon, Maine. Services will include limited testing if applicable (strep, flu, covid, UTI). Must reside within 15 miles to Hermon, ME and appointment will depend on availabilities.

Annual preventative exams are $149 per visit or included in the membership for $79/month.

Dermal fillers are used in the face and lips for symmetry correction, to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, to create structure and framework as well as revolumize normal loss during aging and weight loss. Cost starts at $450+ per syringe.
