We realize that many new primary care clinics are scheduling 6-18 months in advance, but regardless primary care is still needed. At Telehealth Maine and Hermon Health & Wellness we are offering temporary primary care services to ensure your needs are being met. We are able to manage routine lab monitoring, chronic diseases and prescriptions, perform annual preventative exams and help with sick visits when needs arise. Included in preventative care is the ordering of necessary screening tests like mammograms and colonoscopies. Clients can subscribe to the membership-style program for $79 per month or may use the pay-per-service model which is $99 – $129 per visit depending on complexity.

Cost includes an appointment-only visit and one or two conditions to be addressed within 30 minutes. Prescriptions sent (if any) will be the patient’s responsibility (insurance or cash) and can be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Longer more complex visits will be charged $129. Appointment frequency and recommendations will be reviewed during the visit. Membership welcome.
