Firefighter Health & Exposure Program
Led by Lauren Jellison, FNP
Lauren has dedicated her clinical and academic work to firefighter health. She studied firefighter cancer risk during her master’s program at the University of Maine, completed a research-based capstone on cancer in the fire service, and has presented across Maine on firefighter health risks. She’s also married to a firefighter, so this work is personal.

Healthy You Program
This program is designed for short-term support so you can get a clear picture of where your health stands now. The promotion of $150 includes a one-time lab appointment and a 30-minute visit with one of our nurse practitioners to review the labs and identify any health risks. No need for insurance and no hidden costs.
Healthy You Lab Appointment
Start your program with comprehensive lab testing designed to give us a clear picture of your health. These results allow us to create a personalized care plan tailored specifically to your needs and goals.
Healthy You Follow-Up Visit
Already completed your labs? Meet with our Nurse Practitioner to review your results, discuss recommendations, and adjust your care plan to keep you moving forward.
Lab Services
On-Site Phlebotomy Services
At Hermon Health & Wellness, we believe lab work should be convenient, affordable, and stress-free. That’s why we offer on-site phlebotomy services for both our established patients and individuals who have lab orders from outside providers. Instead of traveling to a hospital or large lab facility, you can have your blood drawn in our comfortable clinic by experienced medical professionals who prioritize your comfort and time.
We are able to process labs through insurance when applicable, depending on your individual plan. For those without insurance or with high deductibles, we also offer transparent, low-cost self-pay lab options to make essential testing more accessible. If you have a lab order from another provider, simply bring it with you and we’ll take care of the draw for a $25 draw fee.
Whether you are managing a medical condition, monitoring hormones, working on weight loss, or simply staying proactive about your health, our goal is to make the process seamless and supportive. As a Quest drawing site we can draw labs for a $25 processing fee and Quest will bill insurance directly.

Lab services are available to the general public as long as an order is provided from the outside practitioner.
